Dental plaque and Tartar are the yellowish or dark black hardening substances that formed in between the teeth or within the tooth enamel.

If plaque is not removed, on a regular basis, it develops into a hard mineral called tartar, which is very difficult to remove with simple methods.

1. MUSTARD OIL AND SEA SALT

Dental plaque can easily remove by this method. All you need is a few drops of mustard oil with a pinch of sea salt.

HOW TO USE:

  • Take few drops of mustard oil in your palm and add a pinch of sea salt to it.
  • Mix the content well.
  • Now, with the help of your forefinger, gently rub the mixture and massage your gums for a few minutes.
  • Do not swallow.
  • Allow the oil mixture, in your mouth for about 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes, spit it out and brush your teeth.
  • Do this every morning as a daily routine, to remove plaque and prevent tartar build up.

2. COCONUT OIL WITH HIMALAYAN PINK SALT

3. BAKING SODA AND SEA SALT

Baking soda help neutralizes acids in the mouth, which helps in reducing the number of harmful bacteria produce in the mouth.

HOW TO USE:

  • Take a teaspoon of baking soda in a bowl and add a pinch of sea salt to it. Mixed well.
